Corey Clayton is your friendly tech blogger, online journalist and social media ninja for Hard Drive Life.
He was the first online journalist for the Lancaster New Era in 2006-2007. He also has had stints as a writer/editor/designer/tech geek at the Lancaster Sunday News, York Daily Record and the Baltimore Sun.
Corey attended Millersville University in the late ’90s and was one of MU’s first “children of the Internet age,” thinking the World Wide Web would change the world. Now it’s his job. Talk about irony!
As part of the hosting team of “Jen and Corey” on the popular podcasts BUCKET and BUCKET Blast, both part of the Podshow (now Mevio) podcast network, BUCKET was nominated as Best Comedy Podcast of 2007 by the Podcast Awards. Corey co-hosted its sequel BUCKETRemix until summer of 2010.
Corey is currently the online community leader and social media guru for a major dot-com entertainment company in the New York City metro area. He is originally from western Pennsylvania and currently resides in Stamford, CT, near the shores of the Long Island Sound. His wife and cat tolerate his hours online as “research.”
